DESCRIPTION
Cheese room - Designed and installed high humidity cooling system

Our client’s cheese room was hitting the desired temperature but not the required humidity, which resulted in the loss of thousands of pounds worth of award-winning cheese. We were called in to rectify the problem and make some cost-effective adjustments without replacing the full system. 

The remedial work was so successful that, when the client decided to expand the cheese room, we were called in from the design stage to supply and install a store that stopped the cheeses from drying out and cracking.
