Bute Island Foods - Sheese / Isle of Bute

2 x large evaporators and cold room. 

We designed, installed and commissioned cold room equipment capable of chilling down 20 tonne of warm vegan sheese. The issue we had designing this was that it had to chill the sheese quickly but also had to be used as a sheese store. This was a great project to be involved with and we were all really pleased with the performance.
